Marketing Coordinator, Paradigm

Introduction

Your Tasks

General admin: 

  • Provides general admin support to the Marketing & Communication teams.
  • Collates information from multiple sources into a master tracking sheet.
  • Creates PowerPoint slides for senior managers.
  • Provides project management support to keep activities on track.
  • Collating information for sales team requests for data.

Events: 

  • Coordinate conference logistics for major events both internal and external.
  • Support marketing and communication team on the set-up of virtual events.
  • Content Creation 
  • Coordinates content requests from wider team including banner ads, business cards, collateral, videos, toolkits, and works with the Marketing Director to execute requests.

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Supports institutional marketers gathering data for campaigns.
  • Provides cover where necessary for institutional marketers to ensure campaigns remain on track.
  • Supports institutional marketers with collating campaign results to support comprehensive reporting mechanism back to all stakeholders.

    

Your Profile
  • Introductory level professional position where candidate should have strong communication and Microsoft suite skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus and the person should be highly collaborative as they will need to work across a group of colleagues.
  • Many other skills will be learned on the job.
  • Receives a strong level of guidance and direction from direct manager plus others in the team and has ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
