Salesforce Administrator (m/w/d)

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the integration and further development of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud for our publishing house. Your tasks will include integration with other Salesforce apps/products and third-party systems, key expertise in the area of customer master data as well as analysing and further developing the Salesforce products used in collaboration with various departments, users and stakeholders. In this position, you will be part of our dedicated IT team and report directly to the IT Director.

Your Tasks
  • Configuration and maintenance of Salesforce Sales
    and Service Cloud incl. user management
  • Continuous improvement and maintenance of data integrity and consistency

  • Data mappings and integrations between
    Salesforce products, but also with ERP
    systems, as well as legacy and SaaS applications

  • 1st level support and user training for
    colleagues

  • Initiate, control or implement change management implement depending on requirements

  • Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce products

  • Close collaboration with internal
    stakeholders from different departments

Your Profile
  • At least 2 years of experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce Cloud products (Sales, Service Cloud)
  • At least certified Salesforce Administrator,
    Optionally further Salesforce certificates

  • Experienced in dealing with changes to workflows, custom fields, validation rules, dashboards, forms and templates

  • Practised in data changes, imports and analyses

  • Familiar with Salesforce deployments and
    releases/updates, sandboxing, UATs

  • Basic programming knowledge in C#, Java, Kotlin, Python or similar is an advantage but not a must

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
