Senior Financial Administrator (m/w/d)
Our Accounting department takes care of accounting for all divisions within the Group. In your role, you will be responsible for complex accounting processes, particularly those involving tax issues. The position is indefinite at the Göttingen location.
Your Tasks
- You ensure correct business accounting
- You record, check and assign transactions in various areas of finance and accounting (focus on accounts receivable)
- You manage the dunning process and are responsible for payment transactions
- You support monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- You will process VAT issues and reports in Germany and abroad
- You coordinate with the various departments and communicate internally and externally
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial training or training as a tax specialist
- You have several years of experience as an accountant, preferably with a focus on accounts receivable accounting
- You have in-depth knowledge of VAT law, ideally also in an international context
- You communicate fluently in German and English
