Administrator Journals, Customer Service (M/F/D)

To strengthen and expand our Customer Service at the Kusterdingen/Tübingen site, we are looking for a full-time Administrator Journals, Customer Service (m/f/d) with immediate effect. The position is limited to 2 years as part of a parental leave replacement.

Your Tasks
  • You will help our national and international trading partners, customers and logistics partners with their inquiries and problems by providing excellent customer service.

  • You are well versed in all processes relating to order acceptance, returns, complaints, inquiries, etc.

  • You look after our existing customers and process open tickets according to priority.

  • Compliance with our service and quality standards is important to you.

  • You document process changes in the knowledge database.

  • You report to the Journals Group Management.

     

Your Profile
  • You have a commercial or bookselling qualification or have sales knowledge as a career changer.

  • You are good with people, open, communicative and empathetic and can therefore quickly build and maintain trusting relationships with our customers.

  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

  • You have good comprehension skills and can quickly offer suitable solutions.

  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
