Publishing Support Specialist with German (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • Preparing documentation for all supportive processes and workflow
  • Internal support for general publication activities
  • Working on generic book and journal projects
  • Close collaboration with editorial teams, vendors, and IT support
  • Flexible task assignment

Your profile

 

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, particularly with regard to meeting deadlines, structuring workflow processes, and prioritizing tasks
  • ·Excellent written and spoken English is essential
  • Good written and spoken German is essential
  • Experience in academic publishing would be an asset 
  • Professional computer skills (standard office software)
  • A personal computer is required
