Regional Marketing Manager

Introduction

Your Tasks
  • Own the overall integrated marketing plan, target, budget, and calendar of the assigned portfolio including our University Press Library and UPL Open products.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and our publisher partners in strategic planning and execution to achieve overall business objectives through customer engagement, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration. 
  • Manage the end-to-end integrated marketing campaign process from strategy, execution, and campaign review. Marketing campaigns include (but are not limited to) digital marketing, organic and paid social, paid media, virtual events and webinars, conferences, etc.
  • Partner with our Paradigm Publishing Services Communication team to develop content based on sales/Publisher Partner priorities, customer journey, etc.
  • Timely execution of marketing plans and ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads and engaged accounts.
Your Profile
  • Enjoy working with broad, cross-functional teams and can lead, influence, and adopt a collaborative approach to partner with internal and external teams to develop marketing plans to drive business goals.
  • Passionate in digital technology and digital marketing, especially in marketing automation, content marketing, data analytics, and social media and paid media marketing.
  • Proven work experience in executing successful demand-generation and pipeline acceleration campaigns, experience doing this with Salesforce and Pardot, a plus.
  • Have a pragmatic and can-do approach.
  • Are creative and confident in proposing new ideas.
