Introduction

Your Tasks
  • Correct and complete representation of the general ledger of one or more entities, including taking care of 
    charging with other entities within the group
  • Taking care of various tasks related to the monthly and annual closing
  • Correct and complete third party administration, including carrying out reconciliations and reconciliations within the general ledger
  • Correct and complete Assets administration (TFA / IFA), including carrying out reconciliations and 
    reconciliations within the general ledger
  • Providing timely standard reports for internal and/or external parties and preparing correct VAT returns in a timely manner in various countries
  • Taking care of the project and stock administration and the necessary coordination within the organization (process of preliminary and subsequent calculation of publishing projects and stock valuation)
  • Actively participate in improving and optimizing the administrative work processes, including bottlenecks within the general ledger, fixed assets, projects, payment transactions and tax returns processes
Your Profile
  • MBO+ / HBO level with a relevant educational background
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within an internationally operating organization: 
  • Solid knowledge of financial administrative processes, general ledger administrations, taxation and annual accounts processes
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Stress-resistant
  •  Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written, is required, additional knowledge of the German language is an advantage
  • Excellent command of Excel (and other Microsoft Office programs), knowledge of Unit4 financials is an advantage
