Payroll Specialist (0,5) | HR Officer (0,5)
As a Payroll Specialist within our global HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processes across multiple foreign countries, with an emphasis on the payroll in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible not only for handling payroll accounting but also for managing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall employee experience.
Combination of the role is also possible.
Your Tasks
· Management of the entire payroll process for our operations in the Netherlands, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in compliance with local laws and regulations.
· Overseeing payroll processes for the USA branch and Asia Branch.
· Organization of employee benefits such as healthcare, life insurance, pension schemes and bonus programs, ensuring they are accurately reflected in payroll and meet all legal requirements.
· Responsible for timely, correct and complete declarations, payments and data provision to external parties.
· Distribute data driven reports to MT and Business Control.
· Calculation and documentation of bonus agreements.
· Support for global payroll management.
· Management of personnel files as well as sickness and vacation data & HR-relevant documents such as payment overviews, checklists.
· Helping hand with a variety of administrative HR tasks.
Your Profile
· For the payroll specialist role: Administrative training
· For the HR Officer role: HR degree.
· Recent knowledge and experience in payroll accounting, ideally in AFAS and Salure payroll software and/or SAP, as well as in tax and social security law.
· Confident handling of the MS Office package.
· Good organizational skills and a very structured and independent way of working.
· High level of reliability and confident handling of confidential data.
· Very good communication skills in Dutch and English, combined with a high degree of service orientation.
